This Syrah opens with lively aromas of black pepper, vanilla, and cocoa. On the palate, savory black olive and rich dark fruit are balanced by smooth, lasting tannins. The finish evolves beautifully with notes of plum, red vines, and clove. Hand-harvested grapes were carefully fermented and aged in French oak for eight months before bottling.
