Wine Profile
Vineyard Notes
Sonoma County’s varied microclimates, with their warm days and cool nights, provide ideal conditions for this Cabernet Sauvignon. Well-draining soils and diverse vineyard exposures allow for meticulous block-by-block viticulture, ensuring optimal ripeness and balance, resulting in wines of notable depth, complexity, and true varietal character.
Winemaker Notes
This wine was destemmed to tank and fermented on the skins for an average of 15 days and then drained and pressed. Upon fermenting to dryness, the wine was barreled down into French and American oak barrels in our aging caves and allowed to age for 18 months.
