The name of this wine pays tribute to the red volcanic soils formed here 5 million years ago on the Kunde estate. Each vintage of Red Dirt Red showcases the astonishingly wide range of grape varieties that grow and thrive in our vivid, rust-colored soils. Aromas of ripe red cherry, plum, and warm toasty oak open the wine, offering a mix of freshness and richness. The palate is bright and energetic, showcasing layered red fruit supported by moderate, well-integrated tannins. A smooth, balanced mid-palate and a clean, food-friendly finish make this a versatile and reliable pairing wine for a wide range of dishes.

Composition: 35% Zinfandel, 18% Barbera, 18% Sangiovese, 13% Syrah, 9% Primitivo, 7% Petite Sirah
