Crafted from hand-harvested, cold-pressed Mission olives grown on the Adair family estate in California’s Suisun Valley, this limited first-release extra virgin olive oil is especially aromatic and fruit-forward, it opens with soft floral notes intertwined with hints of spice and green almond.
On the palate, it’s complex yet beautifully balanced, layering grassy freshness, pepper, and nutty almond with a silky, luxurious mouthfeel. The finish is long and gently peppery, accented by lingering floral and nutty undertones.
