
2023 Quatre Blanc White Wine Blend, Sonoma Valley
Aromas of ripe citrus and orchard fruits are complemented by emerging mineral and floral overtones. The lush yet refreshing palate offers white peach, lemon butter, spiced citrus and honeysuckle. Incredible depth and complexity, finishing soft and silky with a subtle spiced floral note.
The Marsanne and Roussanne in our Quatre Blanc were sourced from Romano Vineyard in Sonoma Valley, a few miles north of our estate. The Viognier and Grenache Blanc come from vineyards in Calistoga and the Suisun Valley.
This blend pairs well with shellfish and acid-driven recipies, but can also bridge the gap into richer dishes with cream sauces. Seared scallops with lemon beurre blanc, duck breast with an orange reduction, or butternut squash ravioli with sage and brown butter would all be excellent options.
