2021 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 1.5L, Sonoma Valley

Deliciously complex and velvety textured, our 2021 Reserve selection is handcrafted from the windswept terraced vineyards high on top of the Kunde estate. This beauty shows waves of brambly black currant, leather and sage on the nose to dark fruit with a lingering dark chocolate finish. Its elegant layers will only gain in complexity and depth as it ages in the bottle.

Winemaker’s Comments: “We love the opportunity to work with our mountaintop vineyards to craft this crowd-pleasing Cabernet. At 1,400 foot elevation, these vineyards have some of the best views of the Sonoma Valley. Mountain-grown fruit tends to have a flavor intensity and structure that is completely unique to the rugged terroir — truly expressing the sense of place. This wine is made to be enjoyed now or, with a little patience, over the next couple of decades.”
