2025 Signature Rosé, Sonoma Valley
Bright aromatics of wild strawberry, watermelon and blood orange, with subtle floral notes and a hint of fresh herbs. On the palate, the wine is vibrant and refreshing, showing flavors of red berry, pink grapefruit and a touch of stone fruit. There's a nice balance between crisp acidity and a slightly rounded mid-palate, giving the wine both energy and texture. The finish is clean and dry, with lingering notes of citrus and red fruit. Overall, a lively, well-balanced Rosé.

Wine Profile
Winemaker Notes
Picked and sorted in the vineyard, the grapes were destemmed and pressed immediately upon arrival at the winery whilst they were still cool from the morning fog. The must was given 48 hours skin contact before being gently pressed to tank, where it was allowed to clarify overnight and then racked off the heavy lees and sent to stainless steel tanks for fermentation. A long, cool fermentation took place lasting around three weeks. The wine was prevented from going through malolactic fermentation and then aged sur lie in tank for a further three months before a light filtration and bottling.
Food Pairing Notes
Pairs beautifully with prosciutto, burrata and fresh tomatoes. The delicate fruit and bright acidity of Rosé cut through the creamy burrata, refresh the palate after the salty prosciutto and enhance the sweetness of ripe tomatoes, tying everything together into a light, vibrant bite.
