Altura Collection Prosecco Superiore, Valdobbiadene
Notes of crystalized lemon rind, orange blossoms and Golden Delicious apples jump from the glass. The flavors mirror the nose, with a hint of almond cookie on the finish.

Wine Profile
Vineyard Notes
Our Prosecco comes from a hilly zone between Venice and the Dolomite mountains in northeastern Italy. This area is considered the pinnacle of Prosecco production, so renowned for quality that it holds Italy's highest DOCG classification. The slopes here are so steep that nearly all harvesting is done by hand — a true labor of love passed down from generation to generation for centuries. The warm days and cool nights help preserve the grapes' bright acidity and delicate aromatics. Each sip reflects the craftsmanship and terroir of Valdobbiadene, delivering a sparkling wine that's as authentic as it is delightful.
Winemaker Notes
Made in the Charmat method, or Italian method, this wine is fermented and aged in tank where the lees are hard settled. This slight lees aging gives some nice richness to the wine. The wine is then moved off the lees to a pressurized tank and CO2 is added to the wine before bottling.
Food Pairing Notes
Pair with charcuterie or fresh zucchini salad with pistachio and pressed ricotta.
